Mr. Udoff joined SBW Law in 2002, after having been a partner for several years in a small, general practice firm. His practice areas included civil and criminal litigation matters until 2008, when he became the managing attorney of SBW Law’s worker’s compensation department. Since that time, he has represented clients including law enforcement personnel, food service and auto workers and their families throughout the state pertaining to work related injuries. Additionally, Mr. Udoff has successfully brought claims on behalf of public safety employees regarding occupational diseases, including hypertension and resultant coronary disorders, orthopedic problems stemming from equipment weight, as well as hearing loss attributed to radio usage.
