Mr. Emmick joined SBW Law in 2014 having previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Hassan A. El-Amin and the Hon. Lawrence V. Hill, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Maryland for Prince George's County. Mr. Emmick first became impassioned as a litigator as a member of the Huver I. Brown Trial Advocacy Moot Court Team and as a student attorney with Howard University School of Law's Family Justice Clinic and Fair Housing Clinic. Mr. Emmick utilizes a client-centered approach with his practice and is devoted to tenaciously and aggressively advocating for the interests of his clients, particularly those with family law and criminal law matters pending before the court.
