Mr. Belsky focuses on complex criminal and civil litigation, including medical malpractice, product liability, and automobile negligence. He is an active member of the American Association for Justice as well as the Maryland Association for Justice. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore, School of Law and is a frequent commentator on local and national news programs, including CNN’s TruTV. He is the 2009 winner of the Lee A. Caplan award for Pro Bono Service for his work with victims of domestic violence.
