Ms. Handler has practiced family law exclusively since 1990. She joined SBW Law in 1992 where the majority of her cases involve divorces, custody and support issues separate from divorces. One of Ms. Handler's strengths is negotiating an equitable and child-centered settlement on behalf of her client, avoiding the complexities and emotional duress of the court system. She has volunteered with the Maryland Family Law Hotline, performed facilitation for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, and handled cases for the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service.
