Albert (“Jerry”)
McCarraher practices in the area of civil
litigation, focusing on landlord-tenant disputes,
consumer complaints, collection actions,
construction and business law. He graduated from the
University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2001
with a B.A. in Political Science. He then received
his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2006 from the
University of Baltimore and was elected to the
Heuisler Honor Society. Prior to joining the firm,
Mr. McCarraher clerked for the Honorable Michael J.
