For more than 40 years, Mr. Belsky has been practicing law in civil/criminal litigation. He was legislative counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives House Administration Committee. Mr. Belsky is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland and has been admitted to the U. S. District Court for the District of Maryland, The Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
At SBW Law, Mr. Belsky chairs the litigation department and focuses on complex litigation issues in the area of personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability.
